West Valley Track Founders

With a heart for building athletes, Brice and Ashley Wiltgen started West Valley Track in their own neighborhood. As parents with a love for sports, they realized how important a positive coaching experience is for children. When they set out to enroll their own children, many youth sports programs didn’t meet their standards. The Wiltgens decided to create their very own values-based children’s track club — West Valley Track.

West Valley Track was born with one mission: To transform kids into athletes, one step at a time.

Meet Ashley Wiltgen-

Ashley was first introduced to track at 8 years old by her father. She instantly had a desire to compete at a high level, and set the USATF Nebraska State record in the triple jump in 1999 and two high school all time records.

Ashley earned a track scholarship to the University of Kansas in 2004 and finished her career as a school record holder in the 100mH & 400mH, all of which still stand today. She wrapped up her career as an All-American and ran in the 2008 USA Olympic Trials.

Meet Dr. Brice Wiltgen-

As a former collegiate football standout for the University of Nebraska-Kearney, Dr. Brice Wiltgen has always had a love for sports. His love for football eventually led him to become a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine.

Dr. Brice is the owner of Phoenix Sports + Spinal Medicine in Surprise and looks forward to sharing his knowledge with the participants of West Valley Track. He believes that parents have the most important role in modeling wellness and all areas. He has a passion for helping parents keep their children healthy and able to enjoy sports long term.
